what i have
turbonetics t3/04b .63 ar (new)
SFP manifold (new)
spearco intercooler (new)
HKS SSQV BOV
turbonetics Deltagate
DIY downpipe
oil feel line
missing link
apex turbo timer
autometer boost guage
all this is suppose to clear the a/c and ps.

what i need
i/c piping: jcwhitney.com ($40 mandrel bends, intake pipe as charge pipe)
thinkin bout vafc hack (give me some suggestions)
oil return line (DIY $30)
flex pipe ($40)
boost controller (Manual $60)
255lp intank fuel pump ($100 New)
cheap HKS BOV flange...if not i will jsut weld it directly to the pipe. ($20-$30)

want to trade
rc 550cc injectors with resitor box for Rc 440cc saturanted injectors.

future plans
je 9.2:1 pistons, rings with eagle rods
cams (dont know which 1z yet, suggestions??)
hondata s200 with boost or AEM management system
definately gutting out the car when boosted
ACT Stage 3 Clutch

id keep your 550's (unless you are going to do the AFC Hack), sell your t04b, get a t04e.

dont worry about a bigger fuel pump now... I've had good success w/ plenty of stock fuel pumps.

My stock fuel pump worked fine in my car w/ 550's and i was making over 270 whp and my afr's were dead on.

i am still undecided bout the fuel management... afc hack or fmu or smc... any suggestion on which 1 woud be good 4 bout 10 psi or less?
