Default my motor broke.....need to sleeve and turbo.....i need help

i just took my motor apart and saw that my cylinder walls were f*ck....i dont know why because i just rebuilt it about 8k ago.
with new ITr pistons , bearings, headgasket, polished crank.....it was bore on stock sleeves to 81.50mm

i took the pistons out....and notice that the coatings on the side of the pistons were being scape off becaue it was rubbing against the cylinder wall...all 4 cylinder walls are messed up...but the piston rings are still good..

my motor is not BOOSTED...it is stock
but i have a turbokit to put on.....still need some parts..

I need help where to go to sleeve my block...i have forge interals already but just need sleeves..
i called Laskeyracing and they said $1150. is that good or too much....im also looking at Golden Eagle....but dont know how much....how long will it take to get my block back. i dont know much about sleeving and the prices...and also not much about turbos either.. i just need directions to where i should go sleeve my block. i will try to post some pics of the motor and the turbokit..

and also will i be able to reach 400whp with my setup...

sleeve gsr 81.50mm block
Mahle 9-1cr pistons
eagle rods
micropolished crank
acl race bearings
stock b16 head
gsr cams
aem cam gears
JG edelbrock intake manifold / GSR TB
GSR tranny
stage 3 cm clutch

turbonetics cast iron manifold OR custom miniram
3 inch dp V-band 3inch straight pipe
turbonetics t3/t4 rebuilt..new shaft 57 trim .63ar stage III wheel
38mm deltagate ( for now...will upgrade to tial )
HKS bov
aluminum 2.5 coldisde 2.25 hotside
Greddy 24v fmic
rc 550cc
greddy profec II
apexi turbo timer

will go with chrome/ which i have already..

will the 550cc support that much HP ??
i heard alot about boost spiking on the deltaagte ??

and will he cast iron manifold hold that much boost....and at what psi will i reach the 400whp

should pm some of the sponsers on here that does sleeving. They'll help you more with your questions...plus, I would rather trust them in sleeving then some random machine shop.

post some pics of your cylinder walls. Sounds like you didn't measure the piston to wall clearance when you had it rebuilt.

When you had the cylinders hone to .50...did you give the machine shop the pistons too, so they can tell you what piston goes into what cylinder?

if you are sleeving it you might as well go 83mm. also those 550 cc injectors wont get you 400whp.

laskey racing/benson sleeving is definately worth the price. they do top quality work. maybe think about getting it assembled by mike laskey too?
