My countrys dyno a little "tweaked"? Help me find out
In my country (Venezuela) theres only one comercial dyno, its a Dastek dyno from south africa, they sell unichip piggybacks that work ok but some numbers just dont work for me. We have 95 PON octane gasoline as we are an oil producing country.
One guy has a D16Y7 in a EK hatch and made 200whp on 6psi!! He was running stock inyectors with an extra one controlled by the unichip. Is 200whp from a stock (completly stock including Y7 IM) possible?? He said he also made 230whp at 8psi. I was going to buy that piggyback as nobody tunes hondata here (it costs $500 with dynotuning) but now I think they up the numbers cause people here dont really know too much and they just scam people. They have built really nice cars but I just think they are scammers, What do you guys think or

I first thought that maybe cause of the 95 octane gas but still its too much for an engine that comes with 106hp (at the flywheel) from the factory. Tomorrow they are dynoing a D16Y9 (JDM I think almost same as Y7) with a JRSC and Ill se what numbers it puts out, how much should It pump out? Just to see if the whole place is a scam
