My cars not hitting full boost??
Ok, i have the rev hard 2c kit, 35mm turbosmart wastegate. vortech bov. I have my boost gauge t-off the Intake Manifold and the kits supposed to be 7psi and it only goes to 5psi. I have my wg dump open, Could have ajusting the bov bolt have changed the Psi?? I did tinker with that a little. thoughts?????????

I'm assuming you have an intercooler. If it is a good one it may say have a 2-3 psi pressure drop. If you have a 9lb spring in the wastegate it will be kicking out 9 lbs but the intercooler causes a bit to drop off. Get a boost controller to pick it up a bit. Also with an electronic one you can get quicker spool up times. Good luck

Yea i have the front mount, I was going to go with the turbo xs 2 stage boost controler when i get my hondata and 850cc injectors set up. Will using a elec boost controler make a noticable difference???

just tap the wastgate pressure source into something after the intercooler (just drill and tap a hole in the i/c piping and put a fitting with barbed on one end, threads on the other, and add a little jb weld to seal it) that should have it go to the full 7psi if the pressure drop is in fact what is causing it
