The spark plugs look good. They may look lean because you are spraying water/methanol.
When the AEMEMS is properly setup, the boost does not change by more than 0.5 psi, cold, hot and in between.

I run the HP+ pads with the power slot disc and I get no noise at all. I wonder if the groove makes a difference. The only problem I get is when they get really hot then I get a little bit of vibration.

That may mean that you've slightly warped them on a hot run at one time. It happens, even on slotted rotors.

Spraying the water meth should cause the ECU to add more fuel to run rich, not make the plugs "seem" lean at all. Even the Aquamist systems don't cause that. The AEM can only do so much correction from a cold day to a hot one. I'd change plugs, try it on a cold day again, and control boost manually as needed.

Not sure if its some type of overboost spike or the AEM EMS is trying to correct it or what, but it is very annoying that I can't hold the pedal to the floor. I pulled my plugs right now to see whats going on in the combustion chambers. Pictures are far left cyl#4 -3 -2 - 1
Picture of plugs facing you cyl#4 is far right

You need to check your tune. You're getting some detonation on #3. I would also think that for your power level you would be on a heat range 7 plug.

Well I swapped out the plugs and went for a full boost sprint and no high boost hesitation now. So I'm guessing the plugs were tired. That set was about 3 months old. Also the heat range on the plug im using is an 8, stock is a 6.

Hmm.. I love the iridiums. For me, they've lasted longer than the standard 8 heat range, and are still resistor-oriented plugs.

Hahaha.. Yeah.. I think it'll spool "quick"... Like.. if you start running the car today, it'll reach maximum pressure in about a week.

That thing has more displacement then the motor! lol

I think you should give the coil a nice wrinkle coating! Interesting location i like it.

Use a smaller turbo to spool that one then another smaller one to spool that one and maybe it wont take a week. Maybe a day? lol that would make a great jet engine for a go-kart put wings and a tail and you got a plane.

Well sad news people!! Today I was driving into work on the fwy and decided to break off a street bike in 4th gear. I boosted all the way thru 4th, pulled away from him like crazy then went into 5th and just coasted in 5th back down to normal speed. When when I went to give it gas again it felt funny like a misfire, but oil temp EGT and water temp were all normal. No funny smells no smoke. So I pulled off the fwy and it was for sure missing. I called the wife and had her bring me some tools. I pulled out the 3 day old plugs and this is what I found. The bad one is Cyl#3

Looks like the water meth injection was not switched on. So I'm guessing it burned up the #3 plug. I did a compression test and #3 has no compression. So I'm betting a bent valve too.

O **** ! it sounds like piston no.3 has let go Calidad (not a valve). You need to pull the head and check. Hopefully its just the ringlandings that have let go (and not a hole straight through the piston). Either way, i'm sorry to say the lot will probably need stripping down and inspecting. Like vwbased says, if pieces of piston have gone through the bottom end then they'll take everything out they come in contact with i.e bearings, crank, ect...

You need to find out why that AEM water/weth kit wasn't on. If its not your fault, then it SHOULD NOT be you paying for the damage.

Good luck, and i hope things work out well.

Get one of these to http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=TXS-KNOCK

Get your machine shop to machine you up a adapter made from stainless steel which screws into the stock knock sensor port (as you can't fit the same sized bolt through the donut Bosch sensor). Just ditch the stock knock sensor for good, its obviously not doing anything.

This way you can manuely control things instead of relying on a dumb EMS to do it for you.
