Re: (H2B_CRX)
Hey Trong it was nice meeting you.
Those times will come way down with slicks or a retune. It's definitelly one of the cleanest looking cars on HT for sure.
On street tires, that time is pretty good. Because your H22 spools that tiny turbo up like crazy. I'm surprised you weren't doing burnouts thru the 1/8th while try to launch. Talk about to much torque to soon, lol.

Put a bigger turbo on that thing, you've got to be spooling just off idle. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Lol, that's kinda what I was said to him.
From what I remember from talking to him, he ran 13's before the turbo on slicks.
He probably just babied the car alot, trying not to blaze-up the tires.

theres plenty cars here running wa faster than 14.08 with h22 in an ek.. get a bigger turbo man. that shiet is spooling too fast, you have a 2.2L. that little *** turbo has really gotta be restricting you at the top end, i know cuz i uused to run b20 vtec with t3/t4 .42 hotside , lil thing. i use to spin em the whole way, now i have gt30 and no more problems, you gotta think , that little bb t25 spools super fast

Our bone Stock h23 vtec trapped 98mph. By the way, that was in a prelude. That turbo is way to small to even utulize any potential your motor may have. I didnt mean to insult you, but the reality of the situation is you didnt do your homework before you turbo'd your car.

1) Get it retuned. With a 3" exhaust, you're probably running it lean.
2) Get slicks.
3) Practice launching.
