Default Muckman Dyno Tune, Hytech GT3076R-13

I finally finished my new setup after 2 years of F'n around with customizing practically everything in my engine bay to fit this manifold. I wanted to go with a setup that is not common and Im happy with how it turned out. It needed a custom radiator with custom coolant lines. Also custom turbo bracing and AN lines etc just a ton of ****.

Last weekend I got it tuned at Synapse Motorports to 426whp/300ft-lbs @17psi. We ran out of injector as we expected. The whole setup has alot more in it but this is plenty fast for now.

Setup
Benson Sleeved 84mm B18C1
CP pistons 9:1CR, Swaintech ceramic coated
Pauter Rods, LS 89mm crank
GSR head stock porting, '01 ITR cams and ITR valve train
Edelbrock VictorX Intake Manifold, RPM 78mm TB
Precision 750hp FMIC, 2.5" hot side, 2.75" cold side
RC750cc, Omni 4bar, AEM EMS, MSD Pro-Billet Dist
Custom Dual pass radiator with -16AN hoses
Hytech style manifold, 321SS 16ag, Burns collector, Jet-Hot ceramic coated
3" turbo back SS exhaust, Apex N1
Tial 44mm wastegate and Tial 50mm blow off valve
Garrett GT3076R-13 (60 trim), .82AR turbine, true 4" S-cover with anti-surge .70AR

Money shot of the manifold

Engine Bay

On the dyno

Dyno Sheet 17psi (mbc) vs 11psi (spring)

Morgan was awesome, very professional and intelligent. Next year Id like to go back with a bigger fuel setup and tune with E85 for 600whp.

Its not so sexy anymore. The Extreme Sterling coating from Jet-Hot is rated for 1700*F and its already starting to burn off near the collector and the wastegate neck. At the dyno we noticed it starting to bubble and figured that was the natural hot spot in the manifold design. However my EGT gauge never reads above 1300*F and its 12" upstream so the collector should be even cooler.

congrats!!! seems like forever ago that i sold you that head, i think i have been through 2 or 3 cars/setups since then

just wondering why you didnt get bigger injectors if you knew you would max those 750's out easily on pump gas?

Well being OBD2 I tried to keep the setup simple so I can easily switch the EFI back to stock for inspection which is why I was stayed with the biggest saturated injector. To go bigger meant I needed an injector driver and if I was going bigger I might as well go all the way big so I can reach my goal with E85, which meant 1600cc's and a monster fuel pump. Things quickly snowball with the way I do things so I decided to keep it simple and just enjoy the car that I havent driven in nearly 3 years.

Yes I kept A/C but its not charged at the moment.
Dipstick is new. Ceramic coating does a good job at keeping the heat off it.

Now all I need is some airflow to reduce my enigne bay temps.

750cc's should be good for up to 475whp.

although i think its the 300ft/lbs of torque that is using most of your fuel injector....

you can run OBD1 accord injectors. They are 240cc but they are peak and hold.

i have been in that boat and thats what kept me at 400 and not 600. when i lived in an area that does emission i had no choice. plus it gets real expensive after that. everything must upgrade might as well not be a street car

With an injector driver on a stock ecu? I thought this was only possible with a resistor box?
