see the pos10-0-0.or blah blah blah on line 13... it's even listed in DNS records as a pos connection hop... hehe
Actually this tracerout is awsome in terms of complete coinsidese of the name versus what I called it. LOL!!!! Anyway, I didn't mean to be rude about the guy. It wasn't meant like that. For all we know (can't really tell from the trace, but it looks like his ISP is just very saturated with traffic. It doesn't matter if he's got 3 T3s that come into his place if his ISP can't pipe that sort of traffic back to the Internet. Anyway... I was just being a smartass in the post above... get over it. sheesh... Oh yeah and in case no one has figgured it out yet a cable modem connection usually puts a T1 to shame. Now, who here has a DS3 connection?

I have 145mb/sec of bandwidth (my friend and i own a webhosting company), which is almost 4 ds3's worth of bandwidth. I guess thats why i get 700k/sec downloads on my cable modem off my server and only 27k/sec off todd-did-racing servers.
And btw, POS in those traceroutes mean its most likely a Cisco’s "Packet over SONET/SDH" (POS).

Video is sweet dude. I like..the JRSC sounds sick!
You need DivX to watch the movie btw, you can get it at http://www.divx.com, and a fast computer because the compression rate is high.
(You might wanna try a lower compression next time)

Ok, I downloaded Divx and watched it. Nice vid. I was kinda pissed when they were showing the JRSC part and just when he was about to pass the music blaired up so you couldn't hear it. That CRX went through some nice modifications.

I'm on my works server line... Not sure what we have here.
110 kbps, but it is like 3:30am, so the lines are free of traffic.
Still waiting to finish the DL so I can watch it...
[edit] Neat li'l video. You need to work on the transitions, though... THe original pics come back and make the fade out/transitions kinda worthless and annoying... Neat, still to see the progress on your car. Good Job. [/edit]
BTW, how do you like the JRSC? I hear alot of people are aggrivated because of dismal out of the box performance.

Thx Captain Obvious! We here in radio land don't know what POS means when used in naming conventions of various network hops. In case you didn't pick up on the sarcasm in my last post maybe this one will help.
