i can"t find any info about that turbo except that little text" The newer Mitsubishi TD04HL-16t, fitted to some new Saab Vigen is a good unit that can probably provide excellent low end response while providing upper end breathing to the 275 hp range. They are hard to find used and expensive new." if somebody no someting about this turbo please let me no!(like for how many psi i is good, etc etc)
i bougt this turbo for only 150$CANADIAN DOLLAR is almost new(only 1500miles on it)
also do you have any good shop for a custom manifold?

thats a hella cheap price man where are you located? I jut pruchased a total DSM setup, TD05H (14b I think), IC, BOV, waste gate, turbo timer for $300.00 canadian.
I know a guy thats running a TD04, but I'm not sure if ts the 16t, I don't think so. It spools dcently but kind of dies on the top end. Yours may flow more CFM so the top end maybe better while maintaining the spooling ability.
Go compare some spec. I think I have some. email me and I can send it to you if you want.
good luck
