Default Misfire cel 71,72,73 JRSC setup

I've been struggling with this JRSC install for 2 weeks now.
My Setup
1998 GSR
Hondata Gasket
DSM 450's
SMC 500+
stock FPR
stock fuel pump
BKR7E 0.32
Timing 10 degrees

For the first week, I kept getting a CEL 14 IAC code. Rough idle (Between 100rpm-700rpm). After I relocated my map sensor I had a hell of a time trying to plug up the map holes. I thought the CEL may have been related since it was a vacuum leak. I patched the map holes.. and still CEL 14.

Today, I looked at the connector because during my install I tore out the wires from the grey connector and didn't know which wire went in which hole. I decided to switch up the wires.. plug it in .. reset the ecu .. and no more CEL 14. Great..

Turn off the car.. put away my tools.. fire her up again.. Check engine..

CEL 71,72,73 .. Can't believe this.. one after another.

Checked the plugs.. They looked like the ones below. So I swapped them out and put the stock ones in. Same CEL codes. Swapped them back.
BTW, How do they look? Both sets look like this:

SMC500+
IDLE -40
1.5k -40
2-8k -35

Checked my injectors.. they're all plugged in alright..
Idle is bouncing when I stop at 800 goes to 1400 and back down to 800 about 3 times then idles back at 800 again. Dunno what else to do.. Hope someone can help me out here..

During my install I pulled out the mainfold with the IAC connector installed and

You need a picture of the plug from the electode side. Tip facing camera. From this pic they look lean. When I had code 73 it was because the cyl wasn't holding compression. I would do a compression check and make sure it seals up properly. It could be a number of things but I would get the comp test out of the way just to make sure.

was there one more code like 74? those code tells you that youre misfiring in 3 out of 4 cylinders. I had all 4 once and just had to adjust the timing to get it working.

How's this shot? The ring around tip is black.. They're all almost identical to this one.

Strange... no CEL 74 .. it goes 71,72,73 and back to 71,72,73

I set the timing at the distributor. I just went out to the garage to recheck the timing.. it's still at 10 degrees.

Other than the fluxuating idle, the car runs beautiful.. pulls hard. At least it's fluxing on the upswing and not down close to stalling..

Is it safe to drive with these 3 cylinders misfiring?

I'm going to reprogram everything -35 and see what happens.

Also, when I boost, the gauge says a full 6psi ..

The idle shows -16 and goes to -20 sometimes vacuum .. dunno if that helps any?

UPDATE...

I guess I was running a bit lean. I changed the SMC settings to:
IDLE-4K -30
4K-8K I left alone at -35 and NO MORE CEL Code!. I drove around for the last hour and nothing yet.

Only problem now is the idle flux. I'm idling at 800-900 when the car starts.. when I start to drive and stop it idles at 1100. Once I stop at a light it goes 1100-1500-1100 3 or 4 times then stops at 1100 again. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think I can adj. the throttle cable to get the idle down a bit to 750-800, but what's causing this flux? Also after 20-30 min of driving my vacuum on the gauge is at -20. It starts at -16 when I first start the car. Dunno if thats an issue or not.

Either a leak in the intake manifold, or you iacv is clogged up. It looked like you were running a little lean, my plugs are usually dark black around the edge. Also are those specs around the edge of the plug?? That mean detonation, not good .
