What could cause the milky oil... It is coming from my turbo return oil line. My turbo as of now has the compressor side disconnected and i have drove it for the last 110miles.. I just pulled the pan off to check the oil and fix some leaks and i find this.... Could it be causing it because it doesnt go in to boost.... Could this creat to much heat that it turns the oil in to milky substance. Also my turbo is oil cooled... Is this a bad thing to have the compressor disconnected on a turbo..

Milky oil comes from water and oil mixing. I would check for a blown head gasket.

How do you figure its a blown head gasket I said its coming from the inside of the turbo it not alot of milky oil it defenely coming down the return line... The head gasket has 110miles on it... Brand new engine

lol. Your turbo must be made out of cow genetics, its a new type of material.

Seriously though do a commpression check to be sure. It may just be moisture. Check to make sure the engine reaches operating temp. when you drive. If the compression is good thats what it most likely is. who cares how many miles is on you head gasket.

What did you torque the head studs to?

I would not drive around with the turbo disconnected. From what I hear it causes it to spin too fast b/c of the lack of backpressure.

is the turbo water cooled? if it is, its probably a crack at the cartridge ports,

i'v seen it happen before,

I have posted all ready that the turbo is oil cooled there for not watercooled what i was thinking it was moisture created from the turbo some how it not coming from the engine it self it was all on the return side of the pan... I check the compression few days ago it was 145 155 155 143 all looked good.. Yeh and that what my friend said about the turbo being disconnected. It spins to fast creates alot of heat more then normal and my car will start to over heat if i get on it this means going past boost but in vacuum... past 4/5k

It not making very much power as of now but this is disconnected because i am running stock injectors and was trying to get two leaks fixed before i have it tuned.
