You have to cut out the plastic tab inside of the injector clip, use a exacto knife and make sure the blade is BRAND new.

Are you sure? I was under the idea that OBD1 clips are plug and play. OBD2 i know you have to remove the blue peice

The metal clips are what hold the injector clip onto the injector, without them the clip will not snap in. So put the metal clips back on and push the connector onto the injector.

exactly what i ended up doing, but for 300 dollars I am quite upset with RC engineering for making and advertising a product that you need to modify to fit... next time im going precision injectors i think...

Eh, well they do offer RC clips like someone mentioned in my thread, sometimes dealers do this for you.
I used a screwdriver and heated it up with a butane torch - it worked very well

I thought the clips were only for OBD2-OBD1 conversions? Anyways why would they say they are for honda/acura, and make the clips near identical?
