mazworx v1 vs. rocket m21

M21- intake 274 @ 11.6, exhaust 274 @ 11.6

v1- 11.56 @ 253, 10.92 @ 250

which would be the "better" replacement for my 11:1 cr 1.8L with jdm itr cams?

i believe the maxworz are turbo cams
