I had the same problem till I ran out of 35mm gaskets so I just took the gaskets out altogether and its better now than ever before...
I think the metal to metal contact is a lot better than with the gasket, just make sure you have your ring lined up right and your good to go.
Bolt that WG up and your ready to go..

I bet you are using the gaskets that came with the tial wg. Pick up the metal turbonetics gasket instead

well i went out and bought the copper stuff, put it on and no leak SO FAR, but it's very weird my wg seems to open as soon as i hit the gas, sounds like a damn dune buggy, boost doesnt seem to build up as fast,is this cause i had a leak? and the wg didnt open casue it basicaly was venting? before i change the gasket it was quiet until i punched it and it didnt sound like a dune buggy. wtf?

My original gasket was vaporized so I just run without one. Doesnt leak.

I tried the metal to metal, and I got a little leaking. The beefier gasket "fire ring" and the better material hasn't failed me yet.
