Max power stock ls bottom end
I didnt see a thread for this so figured id start one.
my setup:
ls shortblock i got with 230k from a junkyard replaced rings and bearings.
gsr head stock everything even intake.
hx35 7 blade with bullseye 70ar hotside.
custom topmount i made (can be seen on the fab thread)
3inch intercooler pipe and full exhaust.
cx racing intercooler.
tuned by me on the street with s300.
i made around 20 street pulls @ 20psi with 100/93 oct mix, backed it off to 18psi for the dyno (didnt want it to blow infront of everyone haha).. car made 430whp on the first pull, then made a final of 439whp 330tq spinning it to 8k.
I was hoping for 375whp tops, this was on dyno packs at slowmotion motorsports for the 2012 dyno day, i ended up winning the highest fwd first time ever on the dyno. let me know what you guys think.

DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: Max power stock ls bottom end
They have been pushed harder than that. The over revving alone is going to kill the bottom end. LS rod bolts are by far the weakest link in the engine and the connecting rods aren't much better. Also, I hate to break it to you but there is a HUGE thread on this already with hundreds of pages...

Re: Max power stock ls bottom end
Here, I even found it for you. Over 1,200 pages actually and still rising...

Now keep in mind you have a LS-VTEC so that is considered cheating haha!
