max hp possible w/ a tdo4 on a sohc
thys guy is trying to sell me this turbo for cheap w/ some other stuff and im thinking its way to small to get me to 250 whp efficiently...am i right?

it's possible to hit 250 on the 15G but you'll PEAK at 250 HP and you'll troubble crawling up to this amount of boost.
you want something that rip: get a GT28R ( disco potatoe )
but to start the greddy kit is not bad to start on boosting...
