Your question is very general, has many different variables, and isnt exactly easy to answer. but ill try to help you as much as possible. Im not tuned yet but im running this turbo on my d15b vtec and i start making boost around 3k rpms. Id guess that i should hit full boost (9lbs) around 3500-3700.

EDIT: i just saw you edited your post from the .48 ar to the .63 ar...im currently running the .48 ar.

it should be a great turbo for your motor, i was told its good for around 350whp , flows 47cfm of air. Will spool up early and should carry hard to redline.
