Alot of the controllers have a male fitting on the side, and on the bottom. Take the line that connects from the wastegate and connect to the male fitting on the side, and the bottom male end connect it to the turbo. The installation of it is real simple it just installs on the vac line between the wastegate and turbo. To get it to stay on.. just go to Autozone and get some 1/4 inch rubber fuel line and its a real snug fit over it, but it will stay on even if you accidently jump some train tracks doing 65. Heres the plans, photos and a small diagram to where it installs at if you are lost. Building one works great, cheap and you get ALL the parts at Home Depot. http://www.geocities.com/chmwatson/FAQs/mbc.html
I had one for a year, no problems, no creep, spike, or premature boost. Its just hard to pin point what level you want, it take alot of driving around. Hope this helps, good luck Modified by motormike40 at 7:43 AM 4/7/2007 Modified by motormike40 at 7:46 AM 4/7/2007 |
