OEM bolts will back out too from heat expansion and vibration.
I use lockwashers, and high temp locktite and put a little hondabond under the head of the bolt. These three methods, 10psi daily, no problems.
IF you use nuts in all the holes (two of mine use bolts instead) you can double nut them.

I think porsche997 was talking about the OEM studs and nuts, not the bolts.
The OEM header nuts has a tapered end which prevents the nuts from backing off.

I have had those OEM nuts come loose on me. The ones with the taperd end or compession end, whatever.
I use lockwahsers and loctite, no probs.

Cool cool.. I know the stock ones do get fatigued quite easily and they do back out. I took apart my turbo today and found 2 of the nuts were starting to come loose. Upon reinstalling the turbo, I opted for ATP's copper nuts which are really tapered at the top of the nut. We'll see how it goes
