Why would you want it?

Seems like a quick way to blow an engine.

http://www.hallmanboostcontroller.com

I have the EVO Rx model on my RX-7. It's a bitchin boost controller. I would just buy the cable. It's pricey, but their stuff is top-notch and why blow your motor over some homemade hack replacement?

Damn - why spend that much money on a MBC? I built one myself in an afternoon for like $6 total, works perfectly. Did two runs to determine the size bleed hole to give minimal overshoot and it's done.

If you want adjustable boost, just get an EBC. Seems like way less of a hassle than that cable crap, and I'd say more reliable.

You could build the cable yourself, but IMO it's not worth the effort. Not that hard, but would take some time to find all the parts.

that's the thing.... you speak of reliability... EBC's are not more reliable than MBC's as you think

Both have their own unique failure modes. I wouldn't necessarily call one more reliable than the other - just more reliable in different types of environments(vibration, heat, etc.).
