Default major power loss, need some help/ advice

After boosting a few nights ago, my car has a total lack of power. I did a compresion test: 160, 175, 170, 165 are the results... slight blow by in the crank case, and also the 160 cylinder #1 spark plug was wet with oil. It almost feels like ignition break up when i am driving it. I guess it could be a piston or ringland... anyone have any ideas?

Where is the oil on the spark plug? On the engine side or spark plug wire side? If it's on the wire side, it's the valve cover spark plug seals leaking and causing a misfire.

my timing is at 13 deg right now and gets adjusted through the AEM ems. my timing should be at 16 deg though... I don't know what happened but the plug is wet from the spark side, not the wire side.

How bad does the break up feel? Anyone know how to test for broken ringlands?

the thing that kinda gets me is that there is no smoke pouring out the crank case breather.... on my last motor when the rings went, it was like a choo choo train of smoke out the crank case breather and oil cap.
