Default magnaflow hi flow converters

i had a complete univerals magnaflow setup on my turbo ef. loved it. its wasent loud, and the exhaust dident smell. now i am setting up an exhaust system for my h22 prelude. its a daily driver set up, and i have 2 small kids so i def want a clean exhaust

are any of the magnaflow 2.5" cats better than the others? i dont remember exactly which one i had. but i know they have different series

clloking for a univeral weld on, thats 2.5" and cleans the air good

catco's are 3 stage high efficiency catalytic converters, they clean the air and then some in half the size, i love using them, mine is actually half the size of my factory converter

I have a 3" Magnaflow 94309 cat that I use to pass inspections with.
I dont use it often bc it kills my spool despite its large surface area and excellent build quality.

go with a size sufficient to match the factory length, 2.5" all around would be fine, they wont restrict flow that much, but to pass inspection, your gona need to be tuned right, that is the biggest thing overall. Too rich or too lean and you go too far in one direction on the emissions test for certain values.

well you wouldnt have the emissions "smell" on your clothes even without a cat as long as your exhaust exited out the back of the car lol not even sure what that means
