Made a new home for my ngk wideband in the dash
Got tired of having to look down at my wideband, so I put it up top where I can easily see it while I'm driving. Put it where the stock clock would go. Dash was cut, plastic filled, body filled, sanded, textured and re-painted. Here's a few pics...

That idea came in my mind when I used to have my ej1 and my NGK wideband. Only thing different was I would of make it sit in more, kind of like the stock clock. But sold the car and wideband before I ever got to tackle the task. But looks good nonetheless.

Re: (da_dude)
The stock clock is only about 1.5" deep. With the plug the ngk is about 4". I still run a/c in the car and the driver's side duct runs behind where I put the wideband. I had to take a heatgun to the a/c duct to reshape it to get the clearance I have now. If I recessed it any further, it would completly block the airflow to the vent. I agree though that it would look better flush though, thanks for the comments guys. Maybe I will take it back out today and mold it all the way to the edge of the wideband so it appears flush...
