Default Made a custom intake for my turbo :)

I was tired of having my filter sitting right on the turbo..melting the hell out of the k&n intake. so I ordered some piping, couplings, and fastners....and went to town :D
I also plan to paint the piping I made to gunmetal...sorry, I was bored and thought I'd share.

Before:

After

the parts left over :D

Yeah the farther it is away from the heat source the cooler the air is.

Yeah yeah all u guys say well the intercooler does that but remeber this cooler air is more dense so u compres cold air it get wamr but not as warm as comp hot air so intern u get a cooler charge. I found on my set up better spool and better trafic power

Wow...clean your filter there buddy.

If it gets dirty enough, the turbo just sucks the dirt right through the filter.
