Default M&H slicks - info?

anybody know anyone that has M&H slicks in stock? I need 24.5x8x13's and some skinnies for the rear (seeking cheaper alternatives for the latter). Finding M&H has been damn near impossible lately! Any help appreciated.

There are only (2) distributors for M&H slicks for Imports in the US; Extreme Motorsports on teh East Coast and KG Enginnering on the West Coast. M&H slicks are *ALWAYS* on back order! Good luck finding some!

ah funk. I've had not so good luck with the MT's. Are there any alternatives, like Hoosier's, that are better?

you can try the hoosiers but not many peopl run then with sucuess. I know andrea produtfoot does though. Most of the racers now have switched to D3 Goodyear 28*10*15. But i know most people dont even make enough power to spin those big bad boys. SO iwould reccommend you try to see if you know anyone that can get a pair of M&H or go wtih the hoosiers and try it.

I call KG every week looking for M & H's. Always the same answer (since Nov), maybe the end of the month. I sold some used 24" talls a couple of month ago and now I wish I didn't.

earl, my friend has a set of slicks for sale, but they hes selling them as a set with his bogarts. the price is $500 the slicks are in good condition and are 24.5 x 9.5 x 13.

viren, to fit those big good years what do you have to do to the wheel well? do you have to either hammer one part to clear the tires or completely cut out a spot and have another piece welded on?

thanks

Cut everything out angle the suspenion in and re do the whole lower control arm and upper as well. Look at Lisa kubo or Jojo or Kennys you an easily see what they had to do.
Its really hard to explain all the **** you have to cut its ridiculous. I would highly also reccommend your cage exten out the firewall and connect to the front it will help strengthn everything too.Its hard to spin those tires though if you dont make the powr. If you do make the power they are the ebst slicks for the FWD right now.

Hey V, hang on to those 13" M & H's, they could make you rich
Are you coming to Palmdale Feb 23-4? How's the methanol conversion coming? I'm planning to build a second block for alky once I figure out what's going on. NHRA is crazy to think there will be no performance difference between alky and gas. You will need those 15's to launch with the methanol.
