are you sure the v-afc is hooked up right? if it isn't getting enough pressure could be all kinds of problems

did you have another turbo on there before? you said you changed your turbio set up. this is the way a ran my oil lines and never had any problems with starving either the head or the turbo of any oil. amybe it will help ( take note that the oil sending unit is in the head, it takes just a little bit longer before the light to go out but it works )

this is a friend motor i put together so dont bust on me bout the ss auto crome please!

using the the vafc the pressure switch isnt used so thats not the problem

as far as for the old set up i had a t3 from a turbo coupe but i ran the oil line like they show on the cover of honda builders handbook from the block up to the head then out of the front of head and to the turbo only i later found out the only time it gets oil is in vtec

so i have to conclude that is has to be the way i fed oil to everything

It is pissing me off bc i found out when it was on the dyno numbers suck 197 hp at like 5500 on 10 psi no vtec this is not acceptible

What size AN lines are you using?
I use 6an from a GEM filter adapter to the cylinder head....just before entering the cyl head I tee off in to 4an line with a restrictor fitting to the turbocharger.
I have never had a problem with this arrangement.

This i think is my problem i have 4 an out of the block an 4an to the head and to the turbo no restrictor

To night i am rerunning my lines similar to what saleen solution showed and we will see if that works

Are my dyno # decent for for not having vtec i am running 9.8-1 and 10 psi with a t3 .63 60-1 .70 and uberdata

Diagnose the oil psi in the cyl head when Vtec should activate......if it is not enough to allow Vtec to activate.....run the larger feed line (6AN). Good luck I hope you find a solution.
