Ls/Vtec Stock Sleeves 463hp/312torque
Finally got to dyno the car. I had tuned on the street by myself and was so stoked by the numbers. No boost controller, running off the 8lb wastegate. Boost building up slower to Vtec, 15psi around 6k and rising to 20lbs to 8k. Running on race gas and tuned with Crome.
Stock GSR head and valvetrain
Stock LS sleeves
JE piston 9:1 81mm STD
Peak Performance Rods
750cc PTE injectors
Drag manifold
JE Edolbrock manifold
Max bore 65mm throttle body
Turbonectics 62-1
SSAC wastegate 8lb spring
3in DP and exhaust

nice numbers...my buddy has a similar setup that made almost the exact same HP on 20 psi and race gas but he has the neukin ramhorn manifold and it made 360 trq....that thing might be a good upgrade for you later on.

I read the post and then looked at the graph and thought to myself "That's one hell of a torque curve"............... and then I remembered the creepage . Congrats. Get some track Numbers for us. I am sure I am nowhere near you WHP and WTQ so, 10's may be in your near future

damn, those are pretty good numbers at 20psi. You should really get a new wastegate and manifold bc even without a boost controller it creeps all the way to 20psi (that's a serious problem)??
If anyone cares, you can tell it creaps on the graph bc the tq isnt suppose to be climbing up.

Phil, I got this manifold from you to finish my project. Thanks... This is something I just threw together and wanted to see how it did. I wasn't expecting that much power and was planning to get a sleeved B-series but came across a great deal on a H-series. I am in the process of building an H22 set-up with GE sleeved.

The placement on the manifold is what causing the boost creep. I had the stock exhaust and had no boost creep at all. I even had a manual boost controller and 11lb was the highest I got. After the 3in dp and exhaust, it boosted up like no other. Took the manual boost controller off and boost is around 15lb.
I building another motor and this set-up will be sold soon. I'll make sure to get a better manifold. This one, was just to finish the project and see what it does. Couldn't beat the price, since Phil gave me an awesome deal.

Boost up kind of slow, but when it kick, it kicks hard. Street-ability is good, when your not full throttle. I just spin the tires @ 6k on full throttle, plus my tires are a getting bald. Time to upgrade!!!

That's right . Wow, I forgot. Well, Congrats and enjoy. I am glad that mani is working out good for you. I am still rocking a cast manifold but, w/ a T4 flange Keep us posted.

Timing was conservative 14 total timing @ 20psi. This was street tuned and just had it on dyno to see what it hit.

No wonder your sleeves are still holding.
Awesome #'s!
