Default ls v-tech turbo sleeving,how big of a piston?

sending my ls block in for sleeving,wondering what size i should go on the piston.
this car will see the street two or three times a week and a occasional drive to raceway park. my boy said 83,but i wanted to get some h-t advise.

man... i just dont see it working..



on a side note. its really all up to you what bore your lookin for. i personally wouldnt go over 83

it depends there are alot of ppl that just say stay with 81 mm and push more boost but others say go bigger bore, i know with all motor you can feel a huge difference but with boost you can turn it up a little to get more power but ehhh go with whatever you wanna be safe with , 83 is not bad becuase you can always bore more out.... but doooood if your going to post on here plleeeeeeeeease dont ever ever ever say vtech again, its VTEC YO lol

I sent my block in for sleeving and planning on ls vtec turbo. I am going with 83mm

84mm is the largest you wanna go and run alot of power with reliably. you can go 85, but thats not necessary.
