Default Ls Turbo need help Transmission or tune

I have a ls turbo integra mods include
Ebay turbo kit with t3/to4e turbo
3inch downpipe 2 1/2 inch exhaust
Act HD/SS clutch
Walbro fuel pump stock injectors and Vortech fmu
A/c and P/s still there
I was able to get a 13.3 @ 107 with a 2.09 60', 5.800 330'

My question is I have some money saved up I found a good deal on a b16 tranny with a Quaife lsd

What would benefit me more the tranny or to get tuned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Alright thanks for answering my question, I just hear so many bad things about Ls trannys and there long gearing and how shorter gearing is a "night and day" difference etc.

fmu to tuned = night and day difference

Not only will you make more power, it will be more reliable.

I have a feeling he is oblivious to the fact that he needs some sort of EMS. I think he thinks he's just gonna spend the money on a tune. Regardless, you need some sort of EMS to be able to tune your car.

Well I have a full interior Acura integra GS with ebay turbo kit and fmu have had it for a year and was able to get two 13.3 passes then I left because I was happy with those times for my setup

I do understand that I need to buy an EMS to be able to tune especially since my car is OBDII which is why I was trying to figure out where my money would be best spent towards changing out the transmission or buying hondata s300

The only other reason I asked is because I beat my friends integra from a roll and he was tuned by john vega and has a better turbo kit then me etc.

Again thanks for all the answers
