LoveFab sidewinder pics on ITR
Ok here are pics, dont mind the nasty valve cover (new one at home for NOPI).
This mani is awesome but not easy to get to work.
LHT Performance did all the work and piping fab.
just a few pics we took.
This car along with many others will be at the NOPI event this weekend if any of you will be there.

dang that looks sweet...is that your oil return? is it a clear tube? for the dumptube, do those clamps do anything since its clamped onto a metal tube?

nope, the thing on the charge pipe that looks like a 1st gen DSM recirc'd or dumping somewhere else via hose clamps and silicon hose. it just caught my attention since its a MAP based car.

Dayum Cody!! Thats a work of art... I suppose its AC compatible? Does it come polished like that or is it extra and how much is it? I think I'll be picking one of these up...

Thanks for the compliments. All the credit goes to John at LHT Performance aka: CRVRX on this board. This was not a easy mani to get to work.
The polish job is courtesy of me and John at LHT Performance.
The BOV is a 1st gen DSM and it is re-circulated for stealth/quiet.
Yes, I hate open wastegate dumptubes, I love quiet and fast.
Set up:
B18C5 GE sleeved 84.5mm
Endyn Pistons 9.8:1
Crower rods
T3/T04E turbonetics .63 stage 3/ .50ar .57trim (oil and water)
Stock head with GSR cams
Zdyne Gold
680cc injectors
Walboro pump
profec B
Blitz IC 24x11x3 2 1/4 and 2 1/2 piping
HKS wastegate 1 1/4" dumptube
3" down pipe
mugen exhaust
test pipe
MSD 3 bar
I think thats it, so much I cant remember. All piping: intake, IC, exhaust was totally custom from LHT Performance.

Re: LoveFab sidewinder pics on ITR (itr206)
Here's a couple Questions anwsered as I did the install.
The motor is fully built, with all the goodies by LHT.
The manifold was polished by Scooter . ( Many hours making a mess at my shop)
The oil is return is a steel pipe welded into the oil pan( to reduce leaks) and uses a 'goodyear ' hose to connect it to the turbo drain which uses the same pipe.
The BOV and the Waste gate are plumbed back in so it doesn't sound like a race car, It's very quiet.
The car does have a full 3" down pipe.
The upper radiater hose is cut and an alluminum tube is in place just over the waste gate tube to reduce the chance of melting the hose.
The lower radiater hose is exactly in the place of the charge pipe, we had to do some tight bending to clear it.
The Compressor housing is tight up against the waste gate flange, the housing was ground down and the flange was tweaked to make it fit. I don't think a bigger turbo will fit unless we move the waste gate tube.
I like the design of the manifold and it was well made,I think the placment of the turbo and waste gate needs to be a little more thought out. This is not a drive way install.
Scooter, You forgot the Greddy remote switch,,,,While I was laying on the ground, burning myself , scooter was installing the switch on the steering wheel

Re: LoveFab sidewinder pics on ITR (CRVRX)
Well, good job on the Install. The WG fit great w/my mock turbo(I guess its time to get a bigger turbo then), and the manifold wasnt really designed to be a "driveway" install piece. Its ALL about the possibility of a high horsepower AC car w/a full LARGE size exhaust.
VERY good work, and damn, scooter, you wanna be my polisher?
