Default loosing boost??tried everything-kinda long

ok,here is my set up.b16a3 in 95 coupe:completely custom kit:
tubular manifold for sohc redrilled for dohc
t3 (.42-.48) w/ internal wastegate ported out
2.5 inch intercooler piping and downpipe
30x6x3 inch intercooler
greddy ss bov
370 cc rc's
super fmu with 5:1 disc
vafc
missing link
stock cams
stock internals
adjustable cam gears with exhaust advanced just 2 degrees
boost timing retard set at 1/2 degree retard per pound
255 walbro

now,the car feels great, very strong, when i get on it,i build boost super fast, and it hauls ***,goes up to 10 pounds, but then drops off to around 5-6 pounds.

this is what ive done so far to test ,i took all the piping off,put new couplings over ALL the welds and bought the t bolt clamps,so every joint has a rubber coupling and the non welded joints have the t bolt clamps.i took the manifold off and there was a huge gap between the head and the manifold where it didnt sit flush,so i fixed that,i thought for sure that was the problem, but nope,it spools alot faster since i fixed that but im still bleeding boost.im using a wastegate from a eclipse with a threaded rod,and the vacuum line for the wastegate comes right off the turbo,my compression is around 190 or more per cylinder,i show no detonation and im running rich.any ideals, any thing i can check real easy, could i check the whole system for leaks all at one time using my compressor?

I believe the source of your problem is the turbo size itself. A straight T3 will have a hard time keeping up with airflow demands with that a/r and trim.
