im looking for somewhere that sells a t3t61 OTHER THAN TURBONETICS with the comp. wheel im going to post a pic of and not the gt35r comp wheel on paper this comp wheel looks to out perform the gt35r comp wheel in all areas...............i have yet to find it anywhere other than turbonetics and i wouldn't buy a toothbrush from them let alone a turbo since there reliability rep isn't so good
here is the t61 compressor map of the t61 im looking for
if anyone knows anything or where this could be found let me know

I don't know what maps you've been looking at, but the GT3582R will kick that turbo's ***, and that's just the compressor. The turbine on a GT series is far more efficient than the old T-series.
The 61.4mm-inducer GT35 shows a middle island of 79%. The same company made your picture (over two decades ago!), which shows 76%. If you've done any research, you'll find people get faster spool and more power from the GT series vs the old T-series. If you really want to pony up the money, get a borg-warner.

i want a DBB turbo
i will either post a image or a link to the image this new posting pictures system doesn't seem to like me the t61 overlayed with the 35r comp maps and the plots for a 2.0 version of my w.8 20V VW motor on paper the t61 is better everywhere but i understand that its not always like that in reality but i was looking for someone with some experience with this older t61comp. a t3/t61

the pic with the t61 and the 35r comp map overlayed is with a 2.0 20V VW and the plain 35rcomp map is with a stock bore and stroke 1.8VW20v the plain t61 comp. map is also with the stock bore and strioke VW1.820V
don't you guys think that ON PAPER the t61 looks like it would be a better compressor?
so........any old school guys still run a t3t61 of this t61? or any of you guys that have been in the honda scene forever ever run one of these?
everwher that sells t3t61 nowadays are actually selling t3gt40's
except for turblownetics and i wouldn't buy a a turd from them let alone a turbo
so im assuming even though it looks awesome on paper thats about as awesome as it got once the gt40 61mm comp. come out or people Assumed that and gave up on it
i would like to here from some people who have actual experience or know someone who run one of these old t61 comp.
not someone who knew someone that sawsomen's cousin's brother non of that crap haha

Full Race Sells them.
I am in fact selling mine if you'd be interested in it. Makes really good power for what it was. We made some of the better times and had lots of experience using this turbo if you'd like to discuss.

it says in the first line of the full race link in plain english that it uses the gt35r compressor
and that turbo isn't supposed to max out at 520 whp either it'll make the same amount of power as a gt35r within 20-30 whp
if it had the old t61 compressor id like to discusss but it doesn't it has the gt35r compressor

you just have no idea on the vw scene how tuning works without having standalone

Dude please stop man, your driving me crazy. You and shister both, stop the swinging. If a thread pertains to a GT series or Garrett Turbo don't tell the OP to buy a BW.

Yeah I know, he makes a new thread every 10 minutes and asks the same questions in every one of them. I don't swing Full-Race but if someone asks about them I will reply only good things. I do my best not to go in threads pertaining to SLS, AFI, Peakboost and praise Full-Race. BW are great turbos I am not denying that but it bugs me when people bring up Garrett threads and someone (not speaking directly about you) comes in saying get a BW.

i hadn't seen this or anythin mentioned about the t61 compressor map i posted ever on here
so saying i amke a new thread asking the ame things every 10 minutes isn't quite accurate
if you don't have any useful to contrigute to the thread then don't say anything at all

Re: looking for a turbo theshodan may know but ill take all that can help me with thi
anyone know anything about this t61 and its availability or if you get a t3t61 these days you automatically get the gt35 compressor? Because the map of this t61 looks much better than the gt35's compressor map, i've just not seen it offered at any stores, all the stores that i have found list a t3t61 as a t3 with the gt35 compressor.
someone has to know this.......maybe one of the many turbo sellers on here could answer and sell a turbo
