NONE of them!! Stay away from XS Power/ SSAC turbos. They are junk! I have had people send them into me to be rebuilt and they are just a mess of different parts. You never know what you get.

Here is a smaller turbo that will reach your goals

i guess since you have used them you have experience, right?

before you go off tangent and start saying what the bandwagon has to say, let someone with experience talk first...there is an 8 page thread where people are using those turbos with aboslutely no problems. i know a couple of people personally that have been using them for a couple thousand miles...i'm personally going to be using one as well...just make sure you get an oil restrictor...oil pressure kills the seals in those turbos.

if you're worried about it, send it to blaast performance, they rebuild them for $250...so basically for under $500 you have a brand new garrett turbo

im gonna assume this is going on an ls motor. get a gt3071

since not everyone has cash to afford the ballin turbos...

i think a t3t4 50 trim will do it for you, but expect to run 15-18psi to get there

I went with a Turbonetics 60-1 setup. Made good HP and the lag isn't bad. Also depends on the Tuner.

yea that will work perfect for 300whp. its kinda close to the one i recommended.

dont buy a 60-1 to use on a stock ls, you will only have maybe 2000 rpms powerband, and wont be running enough boost to get the turbo into its efficiency range

A T3/T04E 50 trim with a .48 turbine housing and stage III wheel will do just fine and leave you some headroom.

I would go with a .63 housing for sure with the larger engine. You could probably even utilize a stage V wheel.

If you are using a stock LS I would recommend a t3/04e .54/.63. I made 299 on 10lbs on a stock b16 with 85K miles on it. A B16 flows almost the exact same amount of air as an LS because of the RPM difference and VTEC. it spooled quick and drove daily well.
