looking into a turbo upgrade and need opinions
im looking into upgrading my turbo.
i currently have a built ls/vtec motor with a master power turbo i have no idea what turbo this is haha i just got it with the kit...
but im looking for a good fast spooling street turbo upgrade. looking to be in the 400-450 whp range on 15-17psi
some choices in mind
t3 60-1
t3 gt28
t3 gt30r
but if you recommend any other turbos let me know
thanks

Re: looking into a turbo upgrade and need opinions (norcalbayboy)
Master power's never came in any kit that i've seen, but they are good turbos. They are made in brazil, with about the same quality as garrett. they have all the same sizes of garrett's.. 50,57, 60-1.. ect. The turbo mustang guys love master power. if you are not getting full boost on a ls-v till 6k, then it's probably a pretty big turbo anyways. i'd find out what it is before you go spend money on a gt30r. The 3076 may not be much faster spool than what you have anyways. it depends on what exhaust a/r you have....
I just picked up a really nice Master Power t3/60-1 for my built D16... i like it.
