Default Looking into boost, should I put in new headbolts or headstuds?

After doing my y7/y8 mini me swap I reused my headbolts. I heard that d-series are notorious for the heads lifing off the block while under boost. I can get oem headbolts for $20 a set or ARP headstuds for $90 a set. Will new oem bolts be good enough? Is there any reason for me to pay $60 more for the ARP's? I'm only looking to make around 180-200whp. Thanks

Invest in the ARP's.

There's no doubt that ARP's work But I always re-use my stock headbolts to stock torque and haven't ever had an HG issue.

The thing is I really only plan on removing the head just once to replace them and don't plan on removing it again unless something like the headgasket blows happens. Still ARP?

They aren't very hard to install right? To my understanding you lube the threads and hand tighten them into the block. Now when I see pictures of these studs they don't have heads on them. Are the heads seperate open ended hex nuts?
