okay i searched about boosting a stock b16 ......nobodys setup seemed to compare to mine. i recently came across a very good deal thanks to torquemonster for his old TURBO DX . i've since scrapped that plan and want to keep my hatch and use his old turbo setup.......
WHAT I HAVE
-greddy 15g turbo kit(i'm already negotiating a hks t25 manifold)
-440 rc injectors
-v-afc
-missing link
-b&m fpr
-hks ss bov
-2" piping (i think)
-straight pipe(i also have a stainless cat on my car already)
-greddy SP

what i would like to know is :
WILL THIS SETUP BOLT ON TO MY HATCH?(looks like it will)
keep/sell injectors?
keep/sell missing link?
anybody wanna sell me an intercooler?
do i NEED a headgasket?
will my exhaust and this piping be sufficiant(remember 15g)
will my stock injectors do if fuel curve is tuned?

i know i have more ?'s just can't think of any more now

thanks 4 the reply 11sec allmotor..let me clear up acouple thing.
I KNOW THIS IS NOT AN IDEAL SETUP
small turbo,etc.etc.
but it fell into my lap and i wanna roll with what i have please post some suggestions

nothing special 200whp....maybe....i was looking 4 manifolds and that guy hybridef2 had a similar setup and i thought he said it put down 200whp

is that 2" ic piping? i would at least go with 2.25" piping.
keep the injectors, you don't want to use your stock ones for 200hp
keep the missing link unless you're going to get a different ems
get an intercooler (side mount will work if you're on a budget) check local junkyards or supraforums dsm forums.
don't NEED a headgasket unless yours is showing signs of leaking or its already blown - but precautionary maintenance always helps.
exhaust should be fine for this setup. what size is the dp?

i'm not sure on the dp, i havent taken the kit off of the car yet.....its cold and snowy here yes 2" inter cooling piping

also, I wouldnt worry about the 2" piping unless you are trying to run high boost, which wouldnt be a very good idea with that setup.

i didnt see an intercooler oin your post?.....i'm tryin to use what i have ..i took the piping off today. it loooks like some is 2" and some is 2.5"
also i had oil coming out of the BOV and there is oil in the piping...bad seal? how much is thwat to correct?

alrite i guess i'll help out, although i'm no expert. I have a 15g in a b18b 96ls.
for the turbo to fit you'll probably want a HKS mani, can be found on yahoo search. I got mine at cuirct-method cheapest place i found.
keep injectors and run the vafc hack. sell missing link you probably won't need fpr
piping would have to be custom made, charge pipes, downpipe may/ may not fit
you'll want to get an IC, you can do 2" to IC then 2.5" to intake mani.
exhaust would be ok.
