longer bolt to raise boost on wastegate?
If I use a longer bolt to tighten the wastegate spring, would that be the same as using a stiffer spring? I'm running the turbonetics deltagate. right now I have a 7psi spring and would like to run 20psi

I have a boost controller right now. I don't need to adjust boost, just wanna keep it at 20psi all the time. I read that springs are more acurate than the boost controller

changing boost pressure is what they are for... you are going over double the pressure, but you should be okay. Turn it up slowly and see how the car/boost pressure reacts

I'm trying to get rid of the bleeder and hold boost at 20psi. I couldn't find a spring for the deltagate. so maybe I can use a longer bolt to make the spring tighter? or maybe I can use spring from a tial or something?

The problem with using a longer bolt to make the spring act tighter is that you might bottom out the bolt and hit the top of the wastegate valve and it might not be able to open enough to bleed the pressure. You should just get a harder spring
Also boost controllers can make your car spool faster because it will keep the wastegate closed longer until you hit your desired pressure then open. WAste gate alone will slowly bleed pressure until it hits your desired boost level
