Log VS Tubular manifolds and the Pros/Cons of each.
Hey guys I'm having a tough decision deciding which manifold to get. I don't want this to be a personalized post, so please list any and all pros/cons of log/tubular manifolds. Advantages one has over the other, your experience etc.
Also, how much better is equal length?
I'll start off by saying I used a HKS manifold and had no problems with it. I used it with a Garrett T28 and full boost was at 3500. Now that I have gotten a larger turbo i'm afraid spool time will be slower with a log style rather than tubular.
Here is a picture of the manifold I used:

All the pros and cons of each? No way, I don't have a Ph.D in thermodynamics.
There is way too much to cover in... a book.
Equal length is better, but it depends a lot on how extreme the setup is, how much you will gain.

Re: (SleepyEG)
I'm not asking for every single detal. Just a few reasons why you should/shouldn't get a shorty/log manifold rather than tubular.
Are Inline Pro manifolds considered to be log manifolds?

Re: (Hoosier Daddy)
Pretty simple really, the tubular will flow better (the exhaust doesn't get all bunched up and swirled around before the turbo) and spool faster.
