LHT Intercooler for the JRSC. New price.
We have lowered the price of the intercooler modification. It still includes the porting and polishing.
Now we have bought alot of the componants at volume and the manufacturing process is now faster.
The turn around time is still 10 days or less , and the new price is $1000.00.
For Honda-tech members we will port the "S" tube at no charge if sent with the manifold.
We will have the new 5 rib pulley set up very soon, this will raise the boost 4-5 psi with more belt coverage and less slip. The kit will have two pulleys, a stepper pulley for the alternator and a new pulley for the supercharger plus a 5 rib belt for $350.
E-mail for questions.
Thanks, John @LHT.

Awesome stuff.
You will find no better quality anywhere than LHT Performance.
The 5 rib pully Idea is fantastic...no more belt slippage when using a smaller blower pully!!!!!!!
Here is a pic of the intercooler for those who have not seen it.

The heat exchanger kit is $350.
You don't have to buy our kit.
You need a Heat exchanger ( bigger the better) , hoses and a pump. You need a pump that can flow at least 300 gallons per Hour
Our kit comes with a 11"x10"x1" heat exchanger, 20 ' of heat hose , 90 deg A+N , inline water pump ( 350GPH),fittings , clamps and brackets.

Re: LHT Intercooler for the JRSC. New price. (Jordo)
We did alot of research , I friend upgraded his Cyclone to one of ours and he makes 370WHP with cooler temps.
I am at 290WHP in Florida and it has been working great.
The heat exchnager needs to be a parallel flow , not a tube and fin design.

is the heat exchanger like a gaint oil cooler? You think this heat exchanger will do good for my car with lets say 400whp? if not, what is another route i can take to keep everything cool.

I think 400WHP will be right on the edge, You might want to conact C+R radiater, they can make anything you want in any size.

The intercooler Modification is $1000.00 , The heat exchanger kit is $350 .
So it is $1350 for everything.

... can you also include the jrsc itself?... if i remember correctly, you said in your other topic that you were going to keep some pre-modified superchargers on hand and take core exhanges to minimize downtime... anyways, to a long awaited product...

Anyone who would like to see one of these in person should check out John's CRX at the NDRA (Nopi Drags) event May17+18 at Bradenton Motorsports Park, FL. His car should be on display in the show area.

Looks like a very good product but I'm just looking for a good independent review.</TD></TR></TABLE>
The inventer himself has it on his car, as well as a few locals.

Re: (proton)
Here's an independant review.
I've watched this kit through it's entire development stages, from start to present. It was thoroughly engineered, and the attention to detail is superb.
John's shop is technically a competitor of mine, though he does rent the dyno from me to test his products. Is that independant enough for you?
