Default Lets talk spring rate set ups for DD high HP

What spring rate are you guys running who make 400+ and also drive daily?

Im going with some pic apex but unsure if i should go with 8kf/6kr or 10kf/8kr

this is a 99si btw

any opinions appreciated, thanks

yeah but my question is also for guys with high hp turbo cars so i put it in here too maybe one would chime in, but **** you very much!

and in the suspension forum you would get the following answers from people and their 130hp hatches:

"koni/ground contol nuff said"
"why wouldn't you get koni/gc combo"
"k/gc is proven and works why get anything different"
"those spring rates are too high, no damper can handle those effectively"
"koni/ground control or you're dumb"
"ask the drag race guys"

i own the pic apex 10k/8ks... absolutely LOVE them. couldnt be happier. i dont regret going that stiff, its really not bad even in my stripped hatch. then again mine isnt 400hp but stiffer is always going to be better with that much horsepower.

I ran a Zeal S6 20/16 combo (valve for tarmac by Endless) on my 300hp setup and I plan to run the same setup on the 500hp setup.
