Kraftwerks Supercharger on B Series
Anyone have any experience with this set up? Would like to get an idea of the reliability of these systems before I spend the money. I have a 93 Civic Si with a gsr swap right now plan on maybe a mild build definitely at least arp headstuds and a new head gasket also I think the Lmas are bad so changing those also. Any ideas or suggestions welcomed

Not sure about B series set ups but I hear a lot from the S2000 guys running this kit and it's hit or miss.

I am very familiar with the system... what questions do you have ??? If you read the thread above, you see that big power can be made safely on a STOCK engine. Dyno graphs posted on that thread show that Motorvations Motorsports seems to be extracting the most power on "B" series engines... both stock and mildly built. They have also done some nasty S2000 Kraftwerks cars as well... they are working on another one at the shop now as a matter of fact. I saw it the last time I was there. Contact them... they can help.

Nothing like that liner power curve from these blowers.
Iv only used a Pro Charger kit on my B series Its a similar system ( centrifugal S.C ) but i can tell you at only 6psi it felt great with no lag and felt like a n.a V6 swap. It also retains P.S and A.C and is also street legal which is why i opted for this system back then.

I have also been thinking about a smaller turbo setup for reduced lag and cost reasons. But I'm sure whether if I went with a gt28rs or a t3 super 60 it would not be the same instantaneous power of a SC. What do yall think?

A properly turbo setup will have very minimal lag. Iv seen turbos start making boost pretty early in the rpm range it just depends on the setup. I have little to no experience with turbos thats why I opted for my Pro charger for its ease of installation and efficiency. The kit makes great power and is very easy to instal and maintain where as a turbo kit has many parts that can cause issues. But again I'm not talking about the KW kit but I'm sure its just as easy to install and maintain.
