Default k20z1 + ef + turbo possible? k20a crx

i was going to go with the b18c + turbo in my ef, but i came across this local k20z1 swap with a 6 speed for i think what is cheap... $4,000obo, he also gave the option to buy his 95 integra ls that he was going to put it into for $4,500obo with the k20z1, the integra has the ls block but no head, and no transmission. i was figuring i would get the integra running with the ls engine, and sell it for around $4,000 or so since it is clean, while in the mean time i still got the k20z1 that i want to put in my 88 crx. i think this is a good idea. ........anyway........

the engine came out of a '06 rsx type S with six thousand miles on it. i know that the k20 engines have some differences from engine to engine, is this information below accurate that i got from wikipedia.......

K20Z1
Found in: 2005-2006 Acura RSX-S
Displacement: 1998 cc
Compression: 11.0:1
Power: 201 hp (150 kW) @ 7800 rpm (sae NET Rev 8/04)
Torque: 141 ft·lbf (194 N·m) @ 7000 rpm (sae NET Rev 8/04)
Redline: 8100 rpm

any my last and main questions is... is it possible to run turbo on this engine, like is it physically possible to do it in a crx, cause i know the exhaust is on the rear of these engines, and theres not much room between the engine and firewall, any modification nessisary(sp?) to do it? i've searched the forums and cant find anyone that knows, i also searched over on k20.org but no luck.

oh and here is the car and engine.........

With KPro and low boost, it would be fine...but a pain to make it legal. As for the turbo kit itself, k20's have a big open area above the trans, and I'm sure you could eventually find a manifold that would work. But you better be putting that in the cleanest CRX you've ever seen, as its easily going to be 3-4x as much money into the motor/kit than you'll have into the crx.

K20 to be 'different' (at least for the next 2 years it will be), b18 if you want the most power for the least money. Unless you have an unlimited budget, the b18 will easily eclipse the k20 given the same cash put into both.

sell the CRX and put the K20 into the DC2?

use the money from the CRX to help with some of the swap/turbo expense?

the integra looks decent. just my .02 im partial to integras

well i just talked to the guy again a few minutes ago, he sold the car yesterday, but he still has the swap for sell, i was able to get him down to $3600, it includes engine/transmission/ecu shift linkage/cables shifter box and shifter.

you are saying that i would be much happier getting the b series? i thought that the k series has more torque than the b, with the same horsepower and redline, the more torque resulting from a longer stroke, or is it because it has 1 point higher compression. correct me if im wrong.

also i didn't realize i would have to get k-pro to run boost, i cant use regular prom burning equipment to tune the ecu? i've been burning proms for years now and have yet to run into something i cant use my equipment on.

k-series local - $3600
b-series jdm - $3000 shipped not including shifter assembly

let me put it like this..........

if you had the choice between the two engines, but not having to pay the extra cost of the k20 itself. with factoring in what it would cost to boost each engine, which would cost more, and which would create more power, im not interested in doing the k series cause its "different" i want which one is more powerful.

oh and the car is "clean" but not exactly in its "clean" state, been sitting for a year or so.....
