Re: Just ordered my Greddy turbo kit.............FOR MY EF (dustin)
Hey man i just saved up a couple of g's and want boost like my bro did. he has 00 GS-R with a drag turbo kit. But i have a 99 civic hatchback EK9 with a 99 B18C1 and i want to start boosting to keep up with my bro. Well basically i want to get into 12's consistant with drag radials of course. would that be possible with the greddy kit and an intake manifold along with a 2.5 exhuast,MSD and a FPR??

Get the intercooler, your going to run to hot above 7 psi, which creates a lot of problems, besides, you need it for your future motor.
What size slicks your running? What tranny you have?

so I know my stock motor can probably handly 200hp max @7.5 psi.. . . ..... .
BUT if I I did boost @7.5 w/o FMIC what the best time tha I could hit w/ good driver and 14" w/ slicks????

If you want to run 7.5psi remember to get a fuel pump as the greddy kits dont have one...
good luck welcome to being boosted

wrong move! getting a 1.8 slapped into that engine bay would get you faster time slips without even trying. drop a 1.8 and turbo it.
