I have a small oil leak on the oil return line , i tighten it up a bit
my question ... i have hondata s200b to install
but its not installed on my car yet and i have to drive my car
to my friends shop to get my downpipe welded to my exhaust system

but would it be safe for my motor to drive without my hondata s200b
i do have my 450cc dsm injectors installed
at what psi should i set the fpr at for the injectors?

It wont run very good because there is nothing to control the bigger injectors. If your friends house is a really short distance, and you can get it to run then just make sure you stay out of boost.

disconnect the charge pipe to the throttlebody, just in case.

A couple miles without a filter won't kill it, but accidentally hittin boost with no management will.

i would relocate the oil feed to go around the motor not over it because over time it could rub through some things or get pintched between the motor and hood, but other than that looks

I understand that money is probally tight after a turbo install, but I would buy another feed line as soon as possible. That metal to metal contact is bad and you will chew through the valve cover or the line. Other than that the setup looks good. I would just thrown on the hondata, you have a better chance of the car running on a basemap than with no managment for the injectors at all. Try to start the car w/o the hondata, it will barely rev and hardly idle.

Don't do this.. You will over spin the turbo.

by disconnecting the charge pipe you will not over spin the turbo, that is what the wastegate is there for, by taking off the charge pipe it will just make sure that when the turbo is spinning that it is not getting air into the motor to prevent him from boosting and messing his motor up.

You can over-rev a turbo by disconnecting the charge pipe. In that case there is no load on the turbo from charge pressure. The wastegate will not actuate with the charge pipe disconnected, because the boost reference will not be present with the charge pipe venting to atmosphere.

yea the proper way to drive and stay out out of boost is to have a really light foot or take out the w/g spring.

is that tru if i take out the wg spring i wont get any boost?

can't he just drive really slow? For example:

Never hit WOT
Shift before 2500rpm
Stay out of boost


Drive the normal speed limit for once.
