just did a compression test on my gsr. this is insane-- car smoking from valve cover
ok 0 50 45 50 . i was driving suddenly the car shut off . I opened the hood and smoke was coming out of everywhere even by the valve cover breather hole. car still dont start. lucky i was down the street from my house so i pushed it home. what can it be .? I checked timing its fine. after that i tried to start it again and the car made a loud *** bang and smoke started to come out from valve cover and even wastegate.

no its nothing just needs new plugs.
are you fawking kidding whats wrong?? your rings, or ringlands are doneys. hopefully not your cylnders. good luck, youll have to pull the head to be sure.

im not worried about the block I have a spare one that just needs pistons and rings. I guess i really am f*ck3d. what do you think could of caused that. it was pulling good, the most i drove the car was like 30 min's al together.

no tuning i just finished the turbo setup i drove it home from a friends house everything was good. the next day i took it around the block to make sure everything was cool, then it left me at the corner from my house. I have to admit i was getting on it. I was running hack till I received my hondata, which i still have not received.I checked the plugs and they were good. either way i did a wet compression test and the test come back higher than the dry one. so iam fuc'ed
Anyone know where to get some good low compression pistons.
