Just came back from the track =)
Just came back from the track with my baby Teg
I went over to the Great Lakes Dragaway, pulled 13.9 @ 106 MPH from the first run. I was running on street tires @ 8psi with a T3/4, 9.0:1 compression and with a high flow cat (I put the cat on b/c I needed to pass emitions) Sucker probably steals 10 - 15 ponies from me!
I'm sure I could've gotten atleast 13.8 easily if I did few more runs, because I spun tires a little in the first gear. And maybe even ~13.5's if I upped the boost to about 10psi. Overall It was a pretty cool experience, I'd like to do it again once I upgrade my ignition and fuel systems.

Re: Just came back from the track =) (shadowdawn)
I'm running just the inline fuel pump and the Vortech 12:1 FMU that came with the Drag III kit, all that with stock 240cc injectors and stock ECU.
For the 60' I did 2.432 - I think that's bad right? I kinda spun my tires first so that's proly why. Yea, I wish I got a little better grip.

i say go get some 450cc injectors and a afc, or smc.... do the hack ditch the FMU and inline pump and get some drag radials or slicks....and you'll be even faster!! yah the 60 foot is a little high so wiht some slicks or drag radials you can aim for 2.0 60 fts and really improve those numbers!!! probably low 13's at least since i think its something like .2 off of your et for every .1 off your 60 foot!!
NICE RUNS!!

Re: Just came back from the track =) (boostinb18)
Thanks. i was actually thinking of upgrading my fuel and ignition systems next. For ignition I wanted to get: MSD 6AL, MSD Blaster2 Coil, MSD Dist Cap and Magnecor Wires. For fuel I decided with a Hondata 2b (Harness, p72 ECU), RC 550cc injectors and a Walbro 255L intank pump. Also I was thinking of grabbing a set of Skunk2 cam gears as well.

If your thinking about boosting up to 10 PSI, you'd better dump the 10:1 or 12:1 regulator... you'll freak out the injectors and something's gotta give!
