so how hard would it be to bored out the combustion chamber on the head if I decided to go to 84mm sleeves ??? and how much cost should I be looking at ?

sleeve the block
bored out the combustion chamber on the head
9:1 endyn or JE piston
eagle rods
anything else I should do while the motor is off the car ?
for those of you who know me...yes, I will finally do my own clutch..

not hard to spot face at all... by a head porter that is.. it might cost you like an extra hundred bucks

id get ferrea/portflow/ITR valvetrain with Ti retainers
endyn pistons for sure.

no, I dynoed at 6.5psi, but I drove around at 7.5-8psi, at a few occasions it even spiked to 9psi
my EBC can only go as low as 7.5psi

Well Adhi sorry about the blow out that really sucks, plus you didn't even boost for that long.....
I bet arter the build up your car is gona be strong as hell, and thats what its all about....
