One of the greatest feelings of all. It's similar to the birth of a child. All the hard work and patience begin to pay off on that first startup!!

Attention to the mods that's reading this can you please change the thread title to "Jun's 67mm GSR?" I just noticed that the title have changed and i didn't remember changing it. Thank you!

Anyway, sorry it's been a while I've started another job and basically became a workaholic so i haven't been in the forums lately, but i figured I'd take the time to shed a little update for the sake of those who's following this thread. So where do i start? I got the car running I've fixed the fuel issue which was caused by a clogged filter, and had the magnafuel 625 rebuilt and had them upgraded the internals to the 750 which has the bigger gear mechanism and was able to street tune the car myself and have put in at least 1000 miles on wastegate with E85. As far as changes, I switched to a bigger KLM 800-1000hp intercooler then added a widebody source racing front end. I'll try and post some pictures later, but photobucket won't let me upload for some reason, or maybe because i didn't pay for the extra storage thing or whatever.

Here's some videos and updates on the car.

I went to Chicago's Tuner's Galleria!

The 3 piece front end and intercooler upgrade.

Then finally the car putting down 800+whp on pump E85 at the dyno last weekend.

Will post some pictures and track updates later on.

Peace out!
-Jun

Thank you, Sir! much appreciate it! It's time to finish the roll cage and all the other safety stuff situated then dial in the short track on low boost.

What boost level did you end up with on dyno day?

I don't remember on top of my head, but we're at least in the mid 30s. The piston is a low comp 9.1cr so it took a bit more boost than usual, although we still had some fuel to play around but i pulled it off the dyno since I'm still on stock transmission.

Photobucket blocked me from uploading anymore pictures because i reached my "bandwidth" so I am uploading everything straight thru here starting from now on.

First time at the track although i didn't make a pass and was doing part throttle tuning with hondata.

Made some charge pipe adjustments and installing the KLM intercooler.

With the Source racing widebody front end.

It made my 205/60/15 tires looks tiny.

The car got a little hot without holes in the bumper so i had to pull over on the side of the highway to take the bumper off. Hah!

After some messy fiberglass cutting in the garage i made it look kind of similar to Exospeed front end.

I hated how the car looked with the small tires so i had to do something about it.

I picked up a set of 235/60/15 m/t drag radials to fill up the gap with the widebody front end.

Saying goodbye to my current walmart special tires.

This should work well for the looks, but maybe not so transmission friendly, oh well, show car. Lol

Got sponsored with these baddasss vanjen clamps by good friends at Hi-perfomance shop in Milwaukee.

Going to weld one to the throttle body and one to intercooler outlet this should make things a little easier.

Didn't take a good picture of the graph, but i have this one. This was probably around 35psi i can't be so sure, but we still have some fuel left to play around with if i want to crank it up at the track.

Replacing the 20+ years old driveline and bushings etc...

Waiting for a new set of injectors because mine's are a little shot and had to use my buddy's injectors at the dyno, then some alignments and she should be ready for some rippss very soon...

...

I'll dig it up. I've followed a lot of advice from this fella here and he's not steered me wrong.
