So i think imma put together a junkyard turbo kit for my 88 civic with d16y7. Found a few mitsu starion's and chrysler conquests with the turbo's still in decent shape. Gonna grab a HF/STD manifold off a crx hf or a 88 civic STD.. have the local machine shop fab me up a adapter plate to mate the turbo to the mani. Hafta find a exhuast shop or a friend to fab me up a downpipe. Gonna look for a starion intercooler off the same cars i found the turbos.. only thing i really dont have lined out yet is fuel... gonna need extra, thinkin just find some DSM 450's out in the junkyard hopefully... anyone know what all cars to look for and what injectors they have that will work. Im only gonna run like 5-8 psi for now.. should only cost me about $200-$300 for the whole setup... ill get pics up once i get started 2 moro
