jrsc throttle cable 91 crx B16'd
I'm putting in a jrsc into a 91 crx si with a first gen B16, I've searched up and down for an answer and even talked to Jackson Racing and Hasport.
I was wondering if anyone that has done this particular swap, what throttle cable are you using, our current one is about 1.75 inches too long.
thanks in advance for any help.

so why the hell did you reply?
anyways, check my sig for details. i made a bracket so that it would at least be in the right position. however, the wheel size of the throttle body is a little too small, so i never reach full WOT. but its definately enough for it to work right. i've heard the real solution is to use a GSR throttle body.

i'm using stock integra ls. 90-91 cable
but type r throttlebody.
motorvations told me to get type r throttle cable.. i did.. and returned it because it is the same size at the 90-91 cable.

so you guys that have this setup never run WOT because you cant find the right throttle cable. hmm spent alot of money on this setup and I would like it to run to its max pottetial.
I can get it to return to closed and then open maybe 2/3's maybe with the cable that I was using for the B16 swap.

read my post closer. i said the cable was the right length, but that the wheel that the cable wraps around is too small in diameter. this means you would need a different throttle body, or a larger diameter wheel at the least. also, my TB opens up about 2/3 of the way as well....i guess i dont know how far "WOT" is considered.

yeah it dyno'ed at 183WHP which is typical for my fuel management. that doesnt mean that something couldnt be gained by opening it up more though. i plan on making a larger wheel someday when i'm bored.....until then, it will do fine as it is.

my cable opens all the way up and bolts on like stock.
but i have the type r throttlebody. maybe it has a larger wheel than obd0 throttlebodies.

Use a GSR thottle body with the factory bracket then use the GSR thottle cable. It will fit perfect and look clean.
